  1. TomTom - TomTom’s Map Paradise Project

Apparently, with all the technological advancements in the world, we still haven’t digitized the entire world. More specifically, navigational software company TomTom found out that there are five islands on earth that haven’t been mapped yet for navigation. So they are giving people the chance to win a trip to one of these islands and actually map it out for them.

To launch this unique summer project, they are spreading around quirky videos starring a guy called Christopher Bradshaw, TomTom’s supposed paradise project coordinator. The cool thing is that this stuff is actually funny, with a style that works as a crossover between the Old Spice ads and some crazy Wes Anderson-esque world. Marketing wise TomTom seems to understand the mechanics of viral internet with exclusive customized videos popping up for specific websites, such as this one, made especially for Mashable readers.

Below the post you’ll find a comedic short film TomTom released giving some more background on the contest and actually explaining why they need you to do the job. Interested? Find out more and apply at the special website: http://www.tomtom.com/summer

  2. Pusha T - Exodus 23:1

Pusha T has been having some sort of beef with Lil’ Wayne for a while. The reasons for this beef are unknown to me, but the latest round in their ongoing feud has the internets going nuts: Pusha released the ‘Exodus 23:1’ a while back and Wayne already responded with his track ‘Ghoulish’.

Now Pusha releases the visuals for his exodus. In the video, directed by Samuel Rogers, the rapper visits his hometown of Norfolk, Viriginia where crack addicts and hustlers fill the streets. It seems like your basic rap video shot in the hood, however seeing the bad side of Viriginia instead of the usual New York or LA gives some new perspective, not just on the context of southern hiphop in general, but also on the upbringing of Pusha T.

  3. Stride Gum - The Ex

Meeting your ex girlfriend is always a very akward affair, but with Stride Gum it might just become a little bit epic. These are the commercials that you want to be interrupted with on tv.

  4. Nas - Daughters

Nas shares some insight in his life as a father. And it turns out, that it ain’t easy. From that cute girl he once held up in his arms to a young women messing with boys, breaking rules and instagrammin’ inappropriate photos. Nas literally keeps it real. Oh, and instagrammin’ is a verb now. So, you know.

  5. Kreayshawn - Breakfast (Syrup) ft. 2 Chainz

Kreayshawn just featured in 2 Chainz’ single ‘Murder’ and he gladly returns the favor in this breakfast themed banger. And while the syrup is guzzling and people spontaneously start kissing in the cupboards, one must wonder: what is the exact reason for Kreayshawn rap fame? Because it sure isn’t her lyrics or flow that are turning heads. it’s a music industry enigma of great proportions.

  6. Amit Trivedi - Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu

I bet you haven’t seen a Bollywood music video in a while now and if you have seen one recently, it’s one of those old dancing around like crazy videos. Well, Bollywood has grown to show many faces and one of them is this slick music video for ‘Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu’, a romantic comedy released last month. What I’ve learned? Bollywood still makes kick ass videos and T-Pain isn’t the only one that has discovered auto-tuning. Do you good music videos from India that you would like to share? Let me know!

  7. Hyeongdonyiwa Daejunyi - Olympic Expressway (ft. MC Nalyu)

You are going to love this little video gem from Korea. It’s real hiphop in a fun colorful video. These guys are crazy and I love them for it! Send me a message if you’re out there reading the site!
